"Hi! I created three different versions of the first five slides of the deck. Unfortunately, it wasn’t specified which slides you wanted designed. After the first version, you provided feedback, but no request was made for different slides. If that had been communicated, I would have gladly worked on other slides instead. Regards!"

"You weren't clear about the timeframe for your 40+ slides deck. I've received the content on Saturday around 11AM, provided the full deck on Monday afternoon and you knew that on Saturday I wasn't available for work. No extra charge for work during the weekend and no extra charge for urgency. "
